Yangi - A way to replace single-use plastics is by offering a sustainable, resource-efficient technology to manufacture fiber-based packaging at a large scale

Yangi is a manufacturing technology for dry molded cellulose-based packaging, which is the best alternative to 3D rigid plastic packaging in terms of performance, cost, and environmental impact. It is a result of more than 10 years of R&D work. Combining two different technology platforms is possible to go from paper pulp into ready-made packaging, using minimal amounts of water. The process starts by separating the fibers and forming them into a web that is fed into a press that compresses the fibers into the preferred form.
