50 ‘Prêt à Voter’ proposals
The success of the green transition depends less on the development of new technologies, but rather on the creation of favourable conditions to increase the adoption of current solutions and benefit from their widespread implementation.
It is with this in mind that Bertrand Piccard and the Solar Impulse Foundation launch a new initiative, ‘Prêt à Voter’, which takes clean technologies as a starting point in guiding the modernisation of the French legal and regulatory framework.
By assisting policy makers in adapting outdated norms and standards, we can bring to market the clean and efficient solutions needed to protect the environment, reduce waste and thus improve purchasing power.
It‘s critical that the legislative framework encourages or discourages certain technologies. The role of politicians is to push in this direction.
