Agri Lab Leverage manufactures, and commercializes ingredients derived from the local valorization of plant-based by-products, enabling food industry manufacturers to eliminate additives and reduce sugar from their recipes.
We have developed an innovative manufacturing process that transforms plant-based co-products into multiple bio-sourced ingredients:
- An antioxidant/acidifier, Protextra®
- Dietary fibers
- Secondary products
Our Protextra® product offers a 3-in-1 effect:
- Antioxidant
- Acidifier
- Helps reduce the amount of added sugar
Local and environmentally friendly, our manufacturing process uses specific reactants that allow for the valorization of at least 95% of raw materials.
Agri Lab Leverage aims to create new multi-local value chains that benefit all stakeholders in the region, from farmers to consumers.
