A place of participative workshops (devoted to repair and environment matters)
A place of artistic transmission (with Fabrice Hyber)

A place where solar panels on the roof will produce an important part of the needed power
A place where waste is not produced or re-used as much as possible
A place where eco-gestures of the everyday life are learnt to kids and adults
A place of promotion for organic goods, and for local productions,
A place where energy savings (heating, isolation, waste treatment...) are optimized
A place of integration for young workers of the area.
