About
The Ki Wood project has its origins in our love of wood, triggered by the creation of a wooden extension to our house in 2013. It was then that we realised all the advantages of this type of construction.
After 6 years' experience in a Japanese timber construction company, Alexandre Lunard set up SAS Ki Wood in February 2021.
Ki Wood develops and manufactures a wooden construction system. A principle of Japanese origin that involves assembling glued-laminated timber posts and beams with invisible steel connectors to create the structure of buildings.
The solution meets the challenges of creating low-carbon buildings, with an innovative solution that is manufactured off-site, is ultra-simple and quick to assemble, and requires no particular expertise on the part of the fitters.
Ki Wood structures are designed for houses and buildings of up to 10 storeys or more, as well as extensions and extensions. All our structures can also be dismantled and reassembled.
