Do you already have experience in the plastics industry and are you curious about a varied job with revolutionary new materials in a future-orientated company? This is what you do -Team management of 4 production employees in 2-shift operation. -Operation and monitoring of our production facilities including quality assurance. -Continuous improvement as well as care and maintenance of the production facilities. -Sampling at our suppliers and supporting the internal development team. What you bring -Completed vocational training as a plastics processor / plastics technologist. -Professional experience in compounding and / or injection moulding. -Experience in team leadership and in the planning of production processes. -Willingness to work in 2-shift operation as required. The team is young, heterogeneous and strongly identifies with the values of the company. It consists of specialists from a wide range of disciplines in the fields of natural science, production engineering, market development and business administration. All team members work intensively on the development and standardisation of new materials, with a strong focus on scaling up their production for industrial use.
