About

Founded in 2009, the Bulane company designs manufactures and markets innovative and environmentally friendly electrolyzers, patented and developed in collaboration with the CNRS as well as numerous institutional, academic and industrial partners. Its CleanTech dyomix® allows producing, on-site and without storage, a clean and efficient fuel from oxygen and hydrogen naturally present in the water. The fuel thus produced, burning at very high temperature, can be used for many applications, flame or combustion, it is now possible to significantly decarbonize. The transition to a low carbon economy is a subject of great importance. Fossil gases are widely used for many industrial and domestic applications but it produces a lot of carbon and therefore increases the greenhouse effect, toxic for the planet. What about hydrogen? We could also say the hydrogens. In fact, it is necessary to distinguish between carboned hydrogen and decarbonized hydrogen. 95% of hydrogen uses are carbonaceous and produced by methanation (fossil fuels). But it is also possible to produce decarbonized hydrogen by electrolysis (92% less impacting on the environment). This other non-carbon energy vector has undeniable advantages for applications requiring combustion. Today, energy transportation accounts for half of the energy bill. With Bulane, hydrogen produced by electrolysis of water can become a clean fuel that can be used in real-time and cheaper. The flame data can then be interpreted at the business level. Jules Verne had already predicted in his book "The Mysterious Island" that a major source of heat is in the water and could produce energy. However, only fossil fuel gases continue to be used, while a large amount of hydrogen is available (in the form of water), you just have to go get it. This is precisely the genesis of the Bulane company. Offer those who use them clean flames/combustions as a daily working tool by providing security, ergonomics, and flexibility.k.
