Yes to the Climate & Innovation law

For us and more than 200 organisations, experts and companies active in the Swiss cleantech sector, The Climate & Innovation Law which is to be put to the vote on 18 June 2023, is about much more than just the environment. Its adoption would lead to a modernisation of Switzerland and would serve both the country's economic interests and the purchasing power of its citizens. It is part of a unifying vision of an exciting ecological transition that transcends political divisions. We are in favour of this climate law because:

• Technical solutions from Swiss innovation are already available today to achieve its objectives without sacrificing the population.
• The law will even reduce the bills of the citizens, since clean technologies, by allowing more efficiency, will avoid energy waste and natural resources which are extremely expensive.
• The law would create an environment conducive to the adoption of Cleantech solutions at the pace and scale necessary to meet climate goals.
