Where to find us at the world expo of innovations for the Planet?
From January 30th to February 1st, the magnificent and iconic glass roof of the Grand Palais in Paris will host the “the largest positive impact gathering in the world”. The ChangeNOW Summit, now in its 4th edition, will gather over 1,000 solutions to the world’s most pressing issues, 250 speakers, and 20,000 participants from 100+ countries. No other event has managed to gather such a line-up of the world’s most inspiring voices on environmental and social issues, including Nicolas Hulot, Boyan Slat, Paul Polman…
There could be no better opportunity for the Solar Impulse Foundation to make some noise, showcase solutions and meet inspiring entrepreneurs and leaders, and that’s why we have decided to be Ecosystem Partners of this unique event.
With the help of our partners Air Liquide, BNP Paribas and ENGIE, we will organise a number of events, coaching sessions, cocktails, invite solutions to showcase, speak on stage, etc… Here’s a little guide of all the activities of the Solar Impulse Foundation at ChangeNOW. EVENTS
Innovators Coaching
Have you thought of applying to the Solar Impulse Efficient Solution Label but didn’t get through the form? You have some questions about the process?
The Solar Impulse Foundation Team will hold an Innovators Coaching Session on January 30th to guide 60 selected solutions through the process. We will give you some feedback, help you fill in the form and answer all of your questions on the spot.
Selected startups will get a 3-day pass to ChangeNOW.

Expert Challenge
The Solar Impulse Foundation will also be organising an Expert Challenge on January 31st. Now in its 7th edition, this event brings together Experts to assess solutions who have applied for the Solar Impulse Efficient Solution Label. Divided into small groups of 5-6 people, the Experts discuss new technologies and review assessments with their peers based on 3 criteria: feasibility, environmental benefits and profitability.
LISTEN TO BERTRAND PICCARD
Bertrand Piccard, Founder of the Solar Impulse Foundation, will do the Opening Keynote of ChangeNOW 2020 on January 30th at the Main Stage.
He will then be joined by Boyan Slat, the inspiring Dutch inventor and Founder of the Ocean Cleanup, for a fireside chat.
At 4:15pm, Bertrand Piccard will participate in a round-table with Philippe Gallard, Head of Business Unit at Perrier and Mélanie Marcel, Founder of SoScience, about the importance to find sustainable solutions to make packaging sustainable, especially in the beverage industry.
At 6:50pm, he will introduce a side-event by the C3D, a group of over 150 Directors of Sustainability and CSR from leading companies and organizations.

25 Labelled Solar Impulse Efficient Solutions from 9 countries around the world will be either showcasing or pitching their solutions during the Summit.
