Sometimes I receive Solutions which are not appropriate for my profile/expertise, what should I do?

We suggest you take a couple of minutes to review and update your profile by logging in to your dashboard here and accessing the second tab on the top-right corner named “My Expert profile”. Most probably, after you decline a Solution, we will contact you to clarify why there was no match and to improve our match making for the next time. Feel free whenever you decline to write us an email clarifying why the Solution didn’t match your expertise  as this will help us assigning you to relevant Solutions in the future.
