ZS2 Technologies is a company rooted in science and innovation and deeply committed to building better for people and our planet. We believe this needs to start with the building materials that we use, the technologies that go into the structures ( air cleaning, lighting, sensoring, energy management etc. ) and the respectful engagement and collaboration with the communities we serve. We use proprietary magnesium based , fire rated, non toxic, low-carbon cementitious building materials and pre-fabricated panels ( SIP style) to construct commercial and residential buildings. Our ZS2 pre-fabricated TechPanels have a minimum 1 hour fire rating , are resistant to mold/mildew/bacteria/viruses, and are thermally superior to all forms of conventional construction or concrete type structures. In addition, our materials have no off-gassing, a low carbon footprint and stand the test of time, even in the harshest of conditions. ZS2 TechPanels are flat-packed and shipped to site, where the external envelope ( basement, walls, roof) is assembled on a prepared foundation in record time. On average, utilizing Zs2 TechPanels and building a SIP type of structure reduces the construction time of the building envelope by 50-70%. In addition, because our structures are engineered and designed for SIP panel construction, there is little to no waste on the job site. With the current COVID pandemic and history showing that conventional/modular construction using traditional building materials is neither healthy, sustainable, safe or thermally efficient, we believe its time for a change. ZS2 is committed to researching, developing and manufacturing superior materials combined with digital technology to achieve resiliency and longevity in construction.
