Our company WISE DUCK LLC aims to reduce future energy and material consumption by doing Preventive Maintenance in Real Estates.
As you do regular services for your car to guarantee safety, reliability and value, we guarantee the (so far ignored) longevity of micro-technical installations of daily use: Cleaning, greasing and adjusting hinges, handles and locks of doors, windows and cupboards, flushing mechanism, plumbing in general, checking electrical equipment, sealing windows and much more! And all of this in one efficient visit to give installations a treat for years to come!
We are based in Lausanne, Switzerland, and we offer innovative services while honestly respecting the balance between economic, environmental and human needs.
