About

Utilities are sending electricity in the network with an average tension of 230V with a tolerance of +/- 10%. However, all electrical appliances are built to work between 210 and 250V, so if 210-215V are enough, why use and pay more? VoltControl devices are placed at the entrance of the electricity in the building, lowering and stabilizing tension around 210-215V. The unused power is not paid by the client, generating 8-15% of savings on the annual electricity bill. Another huge benefit of tension lowering and stabilization is to avoid power peaks that are overheating and potentially damaging lamp bulbs and electrical engines & devices, thus lowering their life span. Lower electricity consumption and longer lifespan of bulbs and electrical engines will not only save a lot of money for the client, but also reduce CO2 production.
