The Villagepump product filters up to 500 litre water per hour (to WHO standard), it is quick and easy to install, works off grid, needs little maintenance and no electricity. People in remote, rural and sparsely populated areas and people with no access to clean drinking water at all are helped with this easy to operate water purifying system.

Through its unique and patented design Villagepump 500 offers Ultrafiltration technology in an affordable and plug & play solution. Out of the box installation time is less than 30 minutes and then it is ready to start purifying up to 500 litres contaminated water per hour. To WHO clean drinking water standard! It filters bacteria and viruses (including the corona virus) and helps fighting and preventing diseases such as Cholera, Diarrhoea, Dysentery and Hepatitis. The Opex and Capex cost over a 5 year time period is less than 2 cents per litre! The Villagepump 500 is affordable, proven, reliable, maintainable, easy to work with and it brings safe drinking water to people who have been denied this for too long. Wherever for whatever reason water could not be purified to drink water standards (too remote, too complicated product, lack of funding), Villagepump has the solution today.
