For an employee, to do a " Vendredi " means dedicate one or few days of work to use talents and skills at the service of a charity or a social company. While being paid full time ! Times have changed, the work of tomorrow will not be the one of yesterday. We are in the middle of 3 big needs : + Charities and social Start up Who invent solutions to urgent & important social issues need talents & skills to grow + employees want to contribute! 94% of french citizens say they want to engage themselves , only 20% do it concretely because They are missing concrete solutions, especially while being at work. + and finally companies, Companies needs to reinvent the work of tomorrow: 1. Answer the need of employees to contribute to society to be able to Attract & retain talents 2. Reinvent career path and training to develop soft skills like agility, adaptability, curiosity, how to listen or empathy 3. Find a way to better connect to ecosystems of solutions to better link the company purpose. Only 6% of French HR declare they are proud of their career path: it’s time to offer them innovative solutions.
