If you would like to join a fast-growing logistics start-up that links tech with sustainability, this is the position for you. THE POSITION Tracks develops B2B SaaS products for the freight industry. Understanding our users is at the centre of our design and great design is key to our success. As our UX / UI Designer, you will collaborate closely with our product manager, developers and data scientists across the entire product lifecycle from strategy to launch to optimization. The position reports to and works closely with the Product Management Team. Your responsibilities will include: - Drive the product strategy within Management Team - Develop and own the roadmap for implementing digital products & business models, integrate campaign strategies, partnerships and activity plans - Perform different product analyses to measure the product performance, establish product differentiation and meet financial goals - Identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth - Research and understanding customer needs and translate them in new use cases and in the product strategy - Steer and manage the product development, collaborating with the tech and UX team and to ensure that products are delivered and implemented to - Support sales activities in the creation of campaign strategies, new strategic partnerships and activity plans YOUR SKILLS - Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies - Proven track record of implementing digital products (e.g. subscription models, SaaS, DaaS) and delivering against targets, ideally gained at a fast-growing digital company - Great track record in supply chain or logistics industry - Defining and executing a B2B product strategy and road map for an innovative digital solution and in proving buyer’s ROI and objective achievement - Digital and online marketing or sales experience for services and/or software is a plus - Hands-on entrepreneurial self-starter - High degree of organizational ability to manage multiple, competing priorities - Experience in defining a product team structure and in supervising / mentoring - Excellence in German and English
