About

For more than 10 years, Terrabloc has been making products from raw earth, a sustainable, local material. Terrabloc recovers excavated earth and transforms it into stabilized compressed earth blocks (C.E.B.) for masonry wall construction. Terrabloc's ability to recycle this waste into a useful construction resource represents a real innovation and a model for the circular economy. The product life-cycle analysis carried out by external experts shows that, compared with conventional alternatives such as gypsum, reinforced concrete or clay brick, grey energy (the non-renewable energy required to produce and dispose of the product) is significantly lower.
