About
SUNami Solar Kenya Limited was established in 2017 to offer medium capacity Solar home systems and off-grid productive use appliances for income generation and socioeconomic empowerment of rural off-grid communities. Our business model is lease-to-own or commonly known as Pay as You go.
We offer Customized Solar home systems and productive use appliances capable of serving a wider range of household and small business applications such as TVs, Music systems, DC hair shaver, DC cooler boxes, DC water pumps etc. Providing our customers with a wide variety of opportunities.
We are currently serving over 500 clients in Kenya spread across the counties of Mombasa, Kilifi, Kwale, Tana River, Taita Taveta, Makueni, Kajiado, Machakos and Nandi.
We also support our customers through our digital Entrepreneurship and renewable energy awareness training program targeting communities in which we operate. We specifically target current customers, prospective buyers and village champions. The aim of this training is to equip the community especially the youth and women with basic Entrepreneurship knowledge and skills to be able start and effectively run small businesses and income generating activities.
