The Role
We’re looking for a creative, agile, and purpose-driven Content Creator to join our communications team, in a pivotal position. You’ll craft compelling visual and written stories that resonate across platforms, grow our digital presence, and engage our community. From capturing behind-the-scenes moments of the Climate Impulse adventure to shaping campaigns that champion clean innovation, your storytelling will help accelerate our mission.

Main responsibilities
- Bring creative storytelling to communicate on the Foundation’s initiatives, including Climate Impulse
- Capture and edit dynamic short-form content (vidéo, reels, stories, teasers,…)
- Adapt visuals to each platform (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok…)
- Turn ideas and briefs into content that’s sharp, clean, and inspiring
- Ensure messaging and content remain aligned with the organization’s identity

Desired profile
- + 3 years of experience in content creation
- Strong video shooting and editing skills (Premiere Pro, Final Cut or similar)
- A good eye for aesthetics, narrative, and platform-specific formats
- Curious, reliable, and autonomous — with a real interest in innovation and climate
- Fluent in French and/or English
- Available to travel regularly
- Bonus: experience in tech/environmental storytelling or motion design

The Role
We’re looking for a Social Media Senior Coordinator to lead and grow the social media presence of the Solar Impulse Foundation, Bertrand Piccard, and Climate Impulse — a combined audience of nearly one million followers. As part of a young, dynamic communications team, you’ll be responsible for shaping our online voice, developing strategic campaigns, and creating content that drives engagement and amplifies our mission. You’ll also play a key role in major events, producing real-time content and working with internal teams to maximize visibility across channels.

Main responsibilities
- Develop and implement the social media strategy to support the communication objectives of the Solar Impulse Foundation, including the Climate Impulse project.
- Community management & monitoring: Ensure tracking and moderation by responding to comments on various platforms.
- Stay informed about new digital trends and communication methods to develop innovative formats.
- Actively support internal teams in promoting their activities, providing advice on strategies to maximise visibility, crafting and publishing posts.
- Monitor and optimise the daily performance of developed content. Any experience in reporting and monitoring platforms, such as Sprout Social, is a plus.
- Provide briefings to creative agencies or in-house for the creation of specific content.
- Create on-site content during events to capture and communicate key moments, ensuring a dynamic and real-time presence (e.g., COP, major events).
- Find relays and messengers to amplify communications’ reach and enhance following.

Desired Profile
- Strong interest in environmental issues and sustainability.
- Higher education in communication, with a specialisation in social media management.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media strategy (including paid media strategy) and content creation for digital channels, especially for LinkedIn and Instagram.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, in both English and French (spoken and written). Additional languages are a plus.
- Working knowledge of scheduling posts and using Meltwater, Meta Business Suite, Tweetdeck, Linkedin Analytics etc.
- Creative mindset with analytical abilities; ability to develop innovative content while analysing and monitoring the performance of actions.
- Agile and proactive, capable of anticipating, adapting, showing resilience and flexibility.
- Bonus points: experience in an agency, strong drafting skills
