Signa-Terre SA is specialized in the energy supervision and monitoring of existing buildings and in supporting project owners during renovation/construcion projects. We possess a range of skills focused on property management, information technology, architecture, engineering and energy efficiency rating in built-up lands.
We offer tools to private or institutional real estate professionals and owners to manage their assets sustainably. Our objective is to identify building’s energy and financial savings potential and to suggest appropriate solutions for this purpose. Our skills also enable our customers to find at Signa-Terre SA interlocutors that are fully abreast with legal norms and standards in relation to energy management of buildings.
