Our core business is in Foundry Industry as Projects & Machine Suppliers, collaborated into Women's Ethnic Wear, Swiss Vocational School, Innovation Ecosystem, Internet of Things, Business Consulting, Entrepreneurship Development, Social Engineering, BioGas-AgriEngineering Ecosystem Founded by R C Kothari in 1983, Rhino had humble beginnings as a Project Engineering Firm, ventured into wholesome manufacturing firm Rhino Machines after the joining of Manish Kothari in 1991. Became a Pvt Ltd in 1996, and established its own workshop in Vitthal Udyognagar. With innovation - looking to find ways of doing things better, faster & cheaper as part of its ethos, Rhino kept growing in the Indian Ecosystem and in 2015 got selected in the GCIP 2015 as an Innovator in Energy Efficiency Category reaching Top 6 - the first time a MSME manufacturer and that too from the core manufacturing space found its way to this niche innovation ecosystem, and continued to be in the Top 6 again in GCIP 2016, and Manish Kothari was invited as a mentor in GCIP 2017. Rhino has been instrumental in changing the process and technology landscape in India bringing Affordable and Appropriate High Pressure Moulding Solutions and Energy Efficient Sand Handling Solutions to the Industry. Rhino diversified into Green Sand Reclamation - an area connecting to Resource Efficiency & Sustainability. As an offshoot of making the Reclamation solution 100% zero discharge, Rhino invested in developing a solution for the waste dust, and currently has developed the solution for Waste Dust & Waste Plastic - forming Blocks of different shapes and purposes. The project known as SPB (Silica Plastic Blocks) has become a front runner for Solid Waste Management Solutions. Rhino also ventured into partnering Meemansa in Garment Sector, ACE Foundation in Vocational Skill, Ecolibrium in IOT, Composite Solutions in Business Consulting, MSA BioEnergy for Renewable Energy and continues to partner for causes connected to mission waste recovery & energy efficiency Rhino is part of the Institute of Indian Foundrymen, and the first MSME to have adopted UNCTAD's Empretec Program to build sustainability in the organization. The Empretec Personal Entrepreneurial Competencies have been able to accelerate the transformation of Rhino into a Sustainable Organisation and each member being able to relate and connect to the Mission of Rhino Machines.
