PROUD Technology: A Deeptech and Purpose driven CVD Lab-Grown Diamond technology company.
PROUD Tech and EPLF have developed a technology (patented) to grow electronic-grad (extremely pure quality) CVD diamond on top of semiconductors and electronics with promising results and impacts:
- 50°C of temperature reduction
- Electronic lifetime multiply by 5
- Thermal dissipation capacity multiply by 7 (versus Si or GaN)
The energy consumption of semiconductors will drastically be reduced, which will be translated in reduction of GHG emission.
PROUD Tech has two main activities, one focusing on High-Tech (Power Electronics and Photonics) and the second focusing on Luxury (Watchmaker and Jewelry).

Our first goal in High-Tech is to drastically reduce the energy consumption of electronics by working directly on the semiconductor (wafer Si-GaN).
We are currently working on growing a micro-layer of electronic-grade diamond on top of wafers Si-GaN at an industrial scale.

- 1000+ tons of earth removed
- 3000+ liters of water used
- 500+ kg of air pollution released
