Power Transition Ltd is the leader in 3rd-generation DLT-based Digital Energy Platform (DEP) design and development. Formed in 2018 it is a collaboration of Carbon Free Group CIC, Guard Global Ltd and 4D Energy Advisory with expertise in the built environment, software development and energy sector regulations. Together they created the software architecture for an intelligent energy system.
Our software integrates with hardware devices and energy systems to track the journey of electricity in real-time. The technology supports a common operating language for energy sector trading/value exchange. This enables every energy sector participant to access data and dynamically track, optimise and balance energy transactions in real-time with complete cybersecurity, saving energy costs and carbon emissions.
Our Digital Energy Platform (DEP) provides savings and creates new revenue streams through asset registration, site optimisation, peer-to-peer and peer-to-grid energy trading. We also provide financial/ non-financial reporting, carbon tracking and certify provenance of green energy. We work with residential/commercial microgrids, large demand sites, generators and network operators.
Our mission is to accelerate Net Zero by providing Smart Grid Solutions to
balance networks, settle payments, provide renewable energy management and reduce energy costs.
