About
NATURADREAM has integrated bioclimatic buildings that do not need heating or air conditioning and incorporate 70% of recycled materials in short circuit. The main material of the process is the soil of the construction site which will serve as a substrate to permanently fix the local vegetation, NATURADOME thus offers a vegetal and cultivable cover which makes it possible to superimpose a residential function with an agricultural function while providing an effective solution against the artificialization and sealing of soils following the construction of buildings. NATURADOME complies with the construction code, the French urban planning code, the Eurocodes and offers performance superior to that required by the regulations (RE2020+ gain 30%, natural interior light +20%, anti-seismic stability, acoustic insulation, resistance to cyclones and passages of forest fires + domestic fire stability). NATURADOME, has generated excellent living comfort due to its very generous living space/m2 and combines constructive ethics, energy performance, transparency in the landscape due to its high degree of integration, design and aesthetic and artistic architectural conception. Finally, the construction of NATURADOME generated a negative carbon balance due to the permanent sequestration of 0.8T of carbon per m2 built, mainly from recycled wood chips (building waste, non-returnable pallets) and biomass used in the design of the vegetal vault.
