MySOA is an innovative proptech that simplifies and secures property investment for the African diaspora, both in Africa and in France. Thanks to a 100% digital platform, it enables members of the diaspora to acquire land or property remotely, in complete transparency, with staggered payments and no initial deposit. MySOA centralises the administrative, legal and financial procedures, relying on a network of reliable partners (notaries, banks, town planners) and offers personalised support. Driven by a social and sustainable vision, MySOA develops high-impact projects, such as integrated mini-cities and affordable housing, while combating scams and savings losses. Its mission: to build a bridge of trust between the African diasporas and their countries of origin, for simple, secure and meaningful property investment.
