Residential buildings are responsible for 22% of total energy consumption worldwide (Source: IEA, Tracking Clean Energy Progress, 2021). Building technology (for homes and commercial buildings) can facilitate up to 40% more efficient energy use and hence a gigantic reduction on GHG emissions. However, for non-specialist users, the use of such systems is (too) complicated. Together with our customers, we solve this problem by helping users understand what the problems are in their buildings and how they can make changes to improve. Our product is a user engagement platform that runs it the background of established building technology companies (customers). The platform leverages data from end-users' (households) connected devices. Based on real-time analysis, end-users receive proactive notifications that help them increase security and energy efficiency. Our platform is an end-to-end solution, enabling our customers send hyper-personalized notifications as a (paid or add-on) service.
