About

A discovery ahead of its time, described as the third agricultural revolution by Professor Marcel Mazoyer. Mezagri / SOBAC's companies's products, marketed under the brands Bactériosol® and Bactériolit®, invented by Marcel MEZY, are organic amendment and litter product composed of vegetal and mineral matter along with a variety of natural composted plants. This unique concept is composed of a microbial ecosystem (thousand of microalgea, fungi and bacteria selected on plant composts). Once spread into the soil, the microbial ecosystem lets the rapid formation of humus, the main natural nutrients storage for plants. Therefore chemical fertlizers are not required with our technologies. Moreover thanks to the technologies, symbiotic interactions (for exemple mycorhization) are increased. Thus plants need less water for their development and can adapt on hostile soils such as salty soils. Finally, the actions of the microorganisms contribute to carbon storage into the soils. To sum up, Marcel Mézy's process allows thousands of farmers to practice a sustainable agriculture combining healthy lands, yields and health qualities of production.
