Leaftech's digital twin allows a transparent view of the energy performance of the building for every asset class (green & brown field) and unlocks upto 30% savings in operation.
In the first step, we create a room-specific 3D model of the building based on available data (2D plans, images, models, etc.).
In the second step, recurring, room level simulations of the energetic behavior are carried out for various design, modernization and control scenarios.
The results are evaluated in terms of your KPIs and existing regulations and lead to a detailed decarbonization pathway for each building.
In the third step, the digital twin is linked to weather forecast data and data from the building. This results in room-specific forecasts of energy behaviour which are utilized for optimal control of heating, ventilation, air conditioning and sun protection and ensure energy savings of up to 30% during operation.
