LE SOMMER ENVIRONNEMENT belongs to the category of "pioneering experts" who, in the early 2000s, helped to develop and install the High Environmental Quality approach in France.
Through its dual environmental approach to buildings and the built environment,
The Sommer Environnement operates in France and abroad as a :
AMO and/or MOE environment building (construction, rehabilitation),
AMO and/or MOE sustainable urban planning,
AMO and/or MOE energy operation,
HQE audit,
Support for labels and certifications.
In 18 years and more than 200 projects, Le Sommer Environnement has built up effective methods to qualify the way contemporary spaces are sustainably built, whatever the scale: the building, the city, the territory.
With extensive experience of complex approaches and an ability to conduct a structured dialogue with the various project stakeholders, Le Sommer Environnement has built its expertise around 5 complementary levers:
Environmental management and assistance in obtaining the following
certifications (HQE, Leed, Breeam, Well, Osmoz) and labels (BBCA, E+C-, Biodivercity...).
Bioclimatic and passive design,
Ecodesign and the circular economy,
Decarbonised energy strategies,
Experimentation and innovation.
With the initial postulate of contributing to the development of architectural and urban situations with a triple dividend (environmental, social, economic), our approach aims to enrich the performance specifications of the operations by addressing the connections between spatial forms and the issues arising from sustainable development, between nature, society and spaces.
