Attraverso la R&S primaria sui cibi intelligenti dal punto di vista climatico, ci stiamo avventurando nella commercializzazione delle noci di ostrica (talfairia pedata) per la produzione di olio da cucina, biodiesel e, più in generale, di Avifuels SAF, grazie ad approfonditi esercizi sperimentali.
Esploriamo e identifichiamo specie di colture trascurate e sottoutilizzate e le sviluppiamo attraverso la rigenerazione e identifichiamo colture di valore per ottenere profitti.
Tutte queste categorie di colture sono resilienti ai cambiamenti climatici e sostenibili per la sicurezza alimentare e la conservazione dell'ambiente e della biodiversità.
L'obiettivo della nostra azienda è quello di garantire alle comunità che ne fanno uso la disponibilità di cibo nelle loro case, indipendentemente dai cambiamenti delle condizioni climatiche.
