About

Kite Magnetics is a new, venture-backed aerospace manufacturing company in Melbourne, Australia. We are developing high-performance electric motors, generators and inverters specifically for the emerging sustainable aviation industry. Our propulsion solution is being designed from the ground up to be certifiable for use on Part 23 aircraft and will also use a new magnetic materials technology called Aeroperm that we believe will make our motors smaller, lighter and more efficient. These weight and efficiency improvements will enable up to 15% of additional flight range for the emerging generation of regional all-electric aircraft.
