About

The idea for INYUS was born of the following observation: Educational establishments in France have an occupancy rate of between 70 and 80% in terms of surface area. This means that 20% of the surface area of educational establishments is heated, while the rooms are empty. This is neither ecologically nor economically feasible. To borrow a well-known phrase, this isn't Versailles. The INYUS solution turns off the radiators when the room is unoccupied. The INYUS solution is based on a network of connected thermostatic sensors, directly linked to the rooms' diaries. As a result, our algorithm orders the radiators to open 20min 30min 40min before users arrive, depending on the room's inertia. As a result, users benefit from the desired temperature on arrival. Our solution was born in educational establishments, but the markets we are targeting also include hotels, coworking office buildings, university residences and hospital buildings, with ancillary services such as indoor air quality control, energy, luminosity, humidity and leakage measurements, etc.
