Despite numerous approaches, it has not yet been possible to sustainably reduce the land consumption of ecologically valuable areas. At the same time, cities and municipalities have great inner-city development potential that could be tapped quickly. Immovativ develops digital solutions for sustainable urban development and thus makes an important contribution to combating climate change. Our products support active urban development, vacancy management and the digital marketing of residential and commercial property. With aREAL® we have digitized the entire process of inner urban development. The aREAL® software helps to reduce land consumption by automatically identifying, recording, digitising, qualifying, activating and marketing local development potential. It helps cities and municipalities to quickly activate areas for affordable living space and digitally combats vacancies. aREAL® enables map-based presentation of development potential such as vacancies, brownfield sites, undeveloped land, unused areas, redensification areas and potential for expansion from a variety of data sources and formats of a municipality. By activating these inner-city areas, it helps to reduce land consumption sustainably. The municipal real estate portal KIP generates Google visibility for the municipality, its development potential and vacancies.
