About

H2SITE is an industrial hydrogen tech start-up that manufactures advance membrane reactors with palladium membranes to extract high purity hydrogen from different feedstocks. This reactor can integrate the catalyst to crack or reform feedstocks like ammonia, methanol or biomethane at the same time that the hydrogen is separated for the flow. This way, the chemical equilibrium is displaced and reduces the temperature required to crack 100% of the molecules and extract the hydrogen and only hydrogen. The same way, the reactor can work with a mixed stream of hydrogen and other particles, and it will only extract the hydrogen at a very low temperature. H2SITE's investors are ENGIE, Equinor and Breakthrough energy ventures. They led the series A funding round signed in summer 2022.
