FRESH is forging a new path in aquaculture and fish farm management which enables both the sustainable and enjoyable supply of fresh fish.
FRESH offers a unique «Catch of the Day» quality year-round with short transport distances and rearing in organically purified closed-loop water circuits.
The concept is novel and points out solutions for various challenges for the supply of high-quality food while reducing the negative environmental impacts drastically.
