Pour une entreprise de construction cherchant à réduire l'empreinte carbone de la construction, Filiater propose un processus industriel de production de matériaux de terre directement sur les chantiers ou sur les sites de stockage afin d'adopter une approche bas carbone optimale dans un modèle d'économie circulaire pour réduire drastiquement les différents impacts sur l'Environnement. Filiater fabrique des matériaux de construction locaux, tels que des blocs de terre comprimée et des bétons naturels de chantier, à partir de terres excavées et de déblais recyclés sur le site. Cette approche permet une utilisation optimale et durable des ressources locales et minimise la consommation d'eau, d'énergie et de ressources naturelles, tout en réduisant la production de déchets.
Les matériaux de construction produits par Filiater a offrent également des propriétés hygrothermiques intrinsèques qui améliorent naturellement le confort des bâtiments et un environnement intérieur plus sain pour les occupants (confort d'été).
