We integrate available technology to decrease the cost and accelerate the adoption of electric mobility in developing countries. We use Lithium batteries and electric engines to change the oil-powered combustion engines of cars that are already on the road, this allows for a circular economy, no trashing of old cars and give more years of usage to old cars. Our conversions are adapted to be able to charge in any private or public charging station, but also we made an adaptation so it can be plugged anywhere with 110v or 220v, increasing accessibility. How are we disrupting the sector? We decrease the cost of adopting electric mobility to just 30% of the current cost of electric vehicles in Colombia: Renault Zoe: 35.000 EUROS Kangoo: 30.000 EUROS BYD Yuan: 37.000 Euros EVectorial Conversion: 7.000 Euros This way, we are disrupting the car dealers as we are adopting an international solution to the purchasing power of Developing countries like Colombia. GDP per Capita in Colombia: 6.500 Euros Differentiation Cost-effective 30% of the cost of a brand new EV Availability: Currently Renault has a waiting timeline of 2 months. we take a week to do a conversion Impact: we measure the impact of the emissions prevented. Every Car converted prevent 1.3 tons of CO2 for every 12.000 kms How do we generate income 4 business Lines: 1. EV Conversions: the customer pays us for converting their car 2. Charging Stations: we represent 2 global brands in Colombia, therefore, we sell their products here 3. Set up of charging stations: apart from the devices we sell, we also set the whole station from civil engineering to the electrical adjustments needed. 4. Special Project: we work as consultants for electric projects but also we are prototyping with big corps the conversion of delivery trucks
