About

Water scarcity is an escalating global crisis, with two-thirds of the population projected to face water stress by 2025. Existing water separation technologies are energy-intensive, offer low recovery, and cannot treat high-salinity wastewater, leading to high CAPEX, OPEX, and limited applicability. E-METS is a patented hybrid thermal water separation technology that adapts flow boiling principles from nuclear systems to enable high-efficiency desalination and brine treatment. Operating at 70–80°C under vacuum, it integrates enhanced boiling tubes, heat exchangers, and hydrophobic membranes to achieve >99.97% salt rejection and up to 70% energy savings. Its modular, compact design allows high recovery from feeds 4× saltier than RO, supports ZLD, and utilizes low-grade waste heat. E-METS is ideal for desalination, industrial reuse, and lithium recovery from brines. The technology is patented globally and offers a scalable, low-cost, and sustainable solution for circular water use across
