About

EFINOR group is a combination of 3 business units: Engineering – Manufacturing – and Support, all involved in metal working and design. This organization gives to the group a great opportunity to provide a global service. Our Know-how, turnkey, is due to the consistency of our teams inside EFINOR but also due to the proximity of our workshops and design offices all over France and UK. Concerning EFINOR Sea Cleaner, it is a company that specializes in designing, manufacturing and marketing revolutionary oil spill recovery and multipurpose vessels for large and small scale marine cleanup operations. Our solutions hold patents worldwide for technologies that produce zero waste and byproducts, and whose efficiency and relative low cost are currently unseen in the industry. Currently, we have 3 vessel ranges WasteCleaner range (6 to 10 m): for the maintenance of ports and coastlines. One person crew, quick intervention. MultiCleaner range (10 to 20 m): for Major ports / Rivers / Coastal Areas / Offshore Supply. These vessels possess additional features, such as firefighting, lifting or towing. SpillCleaner range (20 to 65 m): Deep-sea and Major Disasters intervention, with full range of features (rescue, towing, FIFI, etc.). All vessels are certified by Bureau Veritas to guarantee and monitor their compliance with the most demanding standards for construction and safety. Our value proposition: One product to solve all weaknesses of traditional means. Quick response: Acting as autonomous cleaning systems, our ships recover hydrocarbons with a working speed up to 4 knots, filling their own storage capacities. Deployment takes less than 3 minutes. Collect both solid waste and oil spill, on the run (without creating emulsion): The Double Flow technology makes it possible to collect both solid floating waste and any hydrocarbon pollution. Operating in choppy weather conditions : Self-floating arms allows to follow the waves independently from the boat and thus allowing to collect oil in up to Sea State 6. Separating the transfer from the recovery : Ships have, depending on their size, self-cleaning storage capacities. But can also transfer as they collect for unlimited capacity working 24/7. Keep the man away from hazard : All hydraulic controls actuating the various cleanup functions are controlled from the wheelhouse. No man on the deck in contact with hazardous waste and toxic gases. Market Validation and track record: More than 100 vessels sold worldwide. Large investment in R&D, registering several patents worldwide. Its technology was tested and certified by independent organisations (BV, OHMSETT, CEDRE).
