About

EcoBean is a pioneer in scientifically advanced coffee waste processing. The company transforms coffee waste into five fractions of sustainable chemicals: coffee oil, antioxidants, polylactide (PLA), lignin, and protein additives with a low carbon footprint, confirmed by Bureau Veritas. These find applications across various industries, including pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, packaging, food and feed additives. EcoBean's collaboration with Warsaw University of Technology (WUT) ensures the highest level of Spent Coffee Ground (SCG) valorization and access to the most technologically advanced chemicals. EcoBean's mission is to close the loop on coffee by introducing SCG-derived chemicals with the lowest possible carbon footprint to the market. Through innovative solutions, the company aims to reduce the environmental impact of both the coffee and chemical industries, in alignment with circular economy principles.
