About

DIOXYCLE develops turn-key solutions for the conversion of CO2 emissions into valuable and sustainable chemicals and feedstocks conventionally produced from fossil fuels. DIOXYCLE’s solution is based on high-performance CO2 electrolysis capable of using only decarbonized electricity, CO2 and water to produce carbon-based products. More precisely, DIOXYCLE’s proprietary low-temperature electrolyzers can convert captured CO2 into a variety of high-grade products, including carbon monoxide (CO, a valuable chemical building block), syngas (a CO/H2 mixture, precursor of jet fuels) and ethylene (C2H4, the plastic precursor most used worldwide). By doing so, DIOXYCLE’s technology transforms a polluting waste, CO2, into valuable everyday commodities, creating a circular carbon economy while helping industries reduce both their environmental footprint and carbon costs. DIOXYCLE particularly focuses on decarbonizing chemical processes by retrofitting existing chemical production assets to reduce their carbon emissions - reinventing a chemistry based on captured CO2 rather than on fossil fuels.
