About
Criaterra has developed an innovative technology that re-engineers the way construction materials are manufactured and introduces fully regenerative building products. Criaterra successfully replaced the conventional high-temperature firing processes with low temperature processes with low GHG emissions. We develop fully recyclable, high performance and practical construction materials for this rapidly growing, high impact market.
Criaterra materials and products are advanced solutions which meet all relevant construction standards with a fraction of the environmental imprint and as much as 93% energy savings. This is achieved with our innovative materials and methods and a complete redesign of the production process. Criaterra maintains the chemical properties of the raw materials, allowing them to be fully recyclable and perform within a circular economy.
Criaterra's technology enables:
• 6% GHG emissions compared to ceramic tiles
• 4.5% GHG emissions compared to cement
• 35% GHG emissions compared to a standard masonry block
