NOTE addresses the significant problem of plastic waste in the stationery industry, where 50 billion plastic pens are discarded annually, contributing to environmental pollution. Traditional pens are made of 95% non-recyclable and non-biodegradable plastic, which ends up in landfills and oceans, taking centuries to decompose.
To combat this, we developed the Zero Plastic writing instruments. These products replace traditional plastic components with sustainable, biodegradable materials, drastically reducing their environmental impact. Our innovative refills use tightly rolled recycled paper and a vegetable starch barrier, ensuring a high-quality writing experience while being eco-friendly. By focusing on a fully circular lifecycle, our products can be recycled or naturally decompose, aligning with global sustainability goals. We are revolutionizing the stationery industry by providing practical, sustainable alternatives that reduce plastic waste and promote responsible consumption.
