We create a 2-sided market: 1) We connect to equipment data across large building portfolios, analyzing performance, lifecycle stage, and replacement options. 2) We package and sell investment opportunities to grant and third party finance providers who want to get money into the hands of building owners. 3) We provide building managers with the decision support they need while drastically reducing the opportunity cost to financiers.
