About
Anatis has developed a tailor-made solution for treating industrial wastewater with a high organic load, called Fluid-Anyole®. This pre-treatment system, implemented upstream of conventional wastewater treatment plants, uses a biomethanisation process that offers high stability for its bacterial bed. This baffled process significantly reduces carbon pollution while producing minimal sludge and consuming little energy.
The stability of the bacterial bed allows Anatis to provide customized solutions for various industries, including agro-food, pharmaceutical, and papermaking. Fluid-Anyole can treat all the wastewater or focus on the problematic 20% that causes 80% of the water treatment issues in an industry.
Additionally, the biomethanisation process generates biogas that can be recovered by th industry.
By reducing the organic load by at least 80%, the downstream treatment plant consumes less energy and discharges less sludge, enhancing overall efficiency and sustainability.
