Yes, if you've successfully completed the Label Update Program, you will receive a new Label with an updated labeling date which you will be allowed to use alongside any Label you previously secured for that Solution (either from the original labeling or if you've participated in the LUP more than once).
Furthermore, on your Solution's page on the Solution Explorer, all secured Labels will be shown at the top of the page.
