Yes, you will have access to your previous applications from which you can pull relevant information for your new application. In fact, clicking on "Reapply" will automatically create a duplicate of your previously submitted Form, which will have to be reviewed and updated prior to submission.
NOTE: During the prescreening process the Solar Impulse Foundation will check that there has been an appropriate update made to the new application corresponding to the time that has passed since the previous application.
