After asking the questions in the chatbox, do I need to wait for the innovator’s response?

Yes, please wait for the innovator’s response before re-submitting your assessment. The innovator will receive an automated email notification with a request to take action and respond in the chatbox. We ask innovators to answer Experts’ questions within 3 days; however, please note that it may take a little longer than this in some circumstances. You will be informed by an automated email when the response arrives, but if you wish to contact us to receive further updates, drop us an email at expert@solarimpulse.com. If you submit your assessment and we consider that it has not been filled out to the extent required, we will have to archive your assessment and will not be able to use it to determine the result.
