No, exchange of information with the innovator should be anonymous and done only via the chatbox. You shouldn’t contact the innovator outside the chatbox, as to maintain an independent and objective assessment process, we need to be able to track the entire information exchange. Contact outside of the assessment process may compromise the anonymity of the reviewing system. If you wish to speak to the innovator after the completion of your assessment and once a final outcome for the solution has been reached (i.e., labeled or rejected), this can be done if the innovator is happy to do so.
