Sometimes I receive solutions which are not appropriate for my profile/expertise, what should I do?

We suggest you take a couple of minutes to review and update your profile by logging into your dashboard here and accessing the second tab on the top-right corner named “My Expert profile”. If we notice that you are declining a lot of solutions, we may contact you to clarify whether there are any improvements that can be made to match you with more suitable solutions. Whenever you decline, feel free to send us an email clarifying why the solution didn’t match your expertise, as this will help us to match you with the most relevant solutions for your expertise.
